PRISON SENTENCING – Stephanie Melgoza of Farmington was sentenced to 14 years in prison Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the Tazewell County Courthouse for the DUI-related deaths of Andrea Rosewicz, 43, and Paul Prowant, 55, on April 10, 2022 on North Main Street in East Peoria.
