DIRKSEN CENTER SPEAKER – Tiffany White, director of the Dirksen Congressional Center, 2815 Broadway St. in Pekin, has been named to the Illinois Humanities Road Scholar Speakers Bureau. As a Road Scholar, White will deliver five presentations funded by Illinois Humanities on the significant impact of U.S. Sen. Everett Dirksen on American history.
DIRKSEN CENTER SPEAKER – A wide variety of paintings of U.S. Sen. Everett Dirksen hang in the archives of the Dirksen Congressional Center in Pekin. Director Tiffany White was recently named to the Illinois Humanities Road Scholar Speakers Bureau.
